3/4 pound fettuccine
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion and 3 cloves garlic finely chopped
2 carrots, finely chopped
20 gm Mega Food Salted Butter
1 pound lean ground beef
3 slices of Mega Food Cheddar Cheese Slice
2 cane bolognese tomato sauce
1/2 cup chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Cook the fettuccine in a large pot of boiling water.
2 In the meantime, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over a medium-high heat. Stir fried the onion, garlic, and carrots for 5 minutes or until it turned soft.
3 Stir in the bolognse sauce and broth into the skillet for 5 minutes, and season with salt and pepper.
4 When the pasta is done, drain it, and put it back in the pasta pot.
5 Add the bolognese sauce and stir the sauce and pasta together evenly in the pot.
6 Serve hot.
