Ingredients
3 medium potatoes
50gm Mega Food unsalted butter
4 slices Mega Food cheddar cheese slice
3/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instruction
1 .Peel and slice potatoes thin and mix the Mega Food unsalted butter evenly over the potatoes.
2 .Lay the potato slices in a neat stack with their edges aligned vertically into the prepared air fryer bucket pan. Place the bucket pan into the Air Fryer and fried for 18 minutes.
3 .While potatoes are air frying make the cream mixture. The combination of heavy cream, salt, garlic powder and black pepper. Stir until well combined.
4 .After air fried for 18 minutes, pour the cream mixture over the potatoes. Spread cream over potatoes and gently press the potatoes down to help them settle into the cream.
5 .Air Fry the potatoes again with the cream mixture at reduced temperature of 150°C for 18 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
6 .Place Mega Food cheddar cheese over the potatoes. Air Fry at 150°C for additional 1-2 minutes. Allow potatoes to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
